Find Your Motivation With Our Athletes
Your goals are a result of resoluteness and hard work. They’re a product of the discipline to turn up every day, and the drive to push through barriers and overcome obstacles, even when the odds are against you.
Right now, you have a choice. Will today be your day one? Will today be a step forward in your journey? Or will today fall into the pile of ‘I’ll start tomorrow’?
Look, we’re not going to deny that getting started is half the battle. Or perhaps, for you, getting started isn’t the issue. It’s finding the will to keep moving forward.
Whatever the case, if your new year goals need a bit of a boost, we’ve got your back. We caught up with members of our athlete family to see what inspires them, and hopefully, can help to inspire you.

There’s never a ‘right time’ to start reaching your goals, but just think how grateful you’ll be for starting once you finally reach them.
Change doesn’t happen overnight, it takes months of consistency. To take a step in the right direction, ask yourself every morning, “What can I do better than I did yesterday? What is something I can do differently?” It can be something small, but over time, all those small adjustments add up to a big change.
Don’t forget to listen to your body. If you’re hungry, eat. If you’re thirsty, hydrate. If you’re sore, stretch. If your body hurts, rest. Your body needs time to recover. Take care of your body, because it takes care of you.

“Exercise is a celebration of what the body can do, not a punishment for what you ate.”
This quote means a lot to me, and my fitness journey. It reminds me to continue to challenge myself while staying proud of each step I’ve made.
@nathanaelleg
For me, the thing that keeps me going is my mindset. I had to reshape my way of thinking and put my mind into my fitness journey, and envision the person I wanted to become.
Before starting my journey to become ‘a better me’, I set myself realistic goals for everything I wanted to achieve.
Here’s a quote that helps explain my mindset and how I apply myself to my fitness journey: “I don’t stop when I’m tired, I stop when I’m done.”
Top Tip: Setting realistic goals doesn’t mean you can’t push yourself, but taking on too much too quickly is often a recipe for disaster.
