Can I use an athlete code with sale items?
Of course! Apply your favourite athlete’s discount code at checkout to get an extra 10% off on top of sale prices. Head to their socials to find their code and redeem it easily during the sale.

Can I use a Student or NHS discount during the sale?
Absolutely! AYBL offers an extra 10% off through Student Beans, as well as a healthcare discount for NHS staff.

Student Beans is valid in the following regions: UK, US, CA, EU, DE, NL, FR

*Please note: The NHS healthcare discount is only valid in the UK. Only one discount code can be used per order, so athlete codes cannot be combined with Student or NHS discounts.

Does the site go down ahead of the sale?
To make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, our site will be temporarily offline for a few hours before the sale goes live on 28th July. This downtime allows us to load all the discounts and ensure everything runs seamlessly when the sale begins.

Are items in my cart reserved?
As much as we’d love to, we cannot hold items in your basket. That’s why it’s smart to plan ahead and get your wishlist ready before the sale starts so you can grab your favourites quickly. Simply log in to your account on the website or app and click the heart icon on the items you love. When the sale goes live, you can swiftly move your top picks from your wishlist to your cart.What payment methods can I use during the sale?

What shipping options will be available during the sale?
Both standard and express shipping will be available across all stores during the sale. For more details, please visit our Delivery Information page.

Please note: Your shipping timeframe begins once your order has been dispatched. While we know waiting for your order can feel like forever, please allow up to 14 calendar days for your items to arrive (in addition to your chosen shipping method) before contacting our Customer Service Team.

I’ve entered the wrong address for my order - can I change it?
You can update your address within 30 minutes of placing your order. Simply log in to your account, go to your orders, and make the necessary changes.

Please note: We are unable to modify Express Orders, as these are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

I’ve placed multiple orders, can I combine them?
Unfortunately, multiple orders cannot be combined, so each order will be dispatched separately. On the bright side, that means you’ll have even more AYBL deliveries to look forward to!

Can I cancel my order?
You have 30 minutes from the time of placing your order to cancel it. To do so, log in to your account and select the option to cancel your order. After this 30-minute window, cancellations are not possible, as your order will have entered the processing stage.

I’m missing some items from my order.
Sometimes, due to stock availability, your order may be dispatched in separate packages on different days. Don’t worry,  you’ll receive an email with tracking information for any remaining items.

If an item you’ve ordered goes out of stock, it will be refunded, and the rest of your order will still be dispatched. As always, we’ll notify you of any changes via email.I’ve placed multiple orders, but only one has arrived.
Orders are dispatched on a first come, first serve basis. However, due to warehouse operations, a later order may sometimes arrive before an earlier one. Don’t worry, we’re working hard to get your items to you as quickly as possible! Keep an eye on your inbox for shipment emails.

Will I be able to return items from the sale?
Of course! All orders come with a 30-day return period, and this won’t change during the sale. Returns must be registered through our Returns Portal, and all items should be in their original condition with tags still attached.

We understand you may have extra questions or encounter an issue during our sale. To help our Customer Service Team resolve your query as quickly as possible, please include all relevant details in your first message.
