6 month check in- How are your 2026 goals doing?

It’s hard to believe we’re already halfway through 2026. If you’ve stayed consistent with your goals since January, take a moment to celebrate that progress,  you’ve earned it. And if motivation dipped somewhere between winter routines and summer plans, you’re not alone. Consider this your reminder that it’s never too late to reset, refocus, and realign with the goals you set at the start of the year.

Setting achievable goals in the winter.

Staying motivated with your fitness goals isn’t always easy, especially during the colder months. Between dark mornings, busy schedules and the pressure to suddenly reinvent yourself in January, it’s easy to fall into an all-or-nothing mindset. You start strong, stay consistent for a few weeks, then realise the routine you’ve built doesn’t actually work for your lifestyle or feel enjoyable long term.

If you’ve fallen off track, don’t write your goals off completely. Take a moment to reset and think about what disrupted your routine in the first place. Maybe the workouts you chose just weren’t right for you, and that’s okay.

Finding movement you genuinely enjoy is what makes consistency easier. And of course, feeling confident in what you wear helps too,  because when you look good, you feel good. Here are some ideas and the fits’ to match:

As mentioned, enjoyment is key when it comes to staying consistent. But once summer hits, holidays, plans and busy social calendars can make it harder to stick to your usual routine. That doesn’t mean you need to give up completely. Rest and recovery are just as important as training itself, and taking time off won’t undo your progress overnight.

Sometimes it’s all about balance, showing up when you can while still enjoying the season. Simple habits like walking more, staying active on busy days or meal prepping during the week can help you stay on track without feeling restricted.

The reality is, your goals and routines will naturally shift throughout the year, and that’s okay. Consistency doesn’t have to look perfect to still count.

We hope this mid-year check-in gave you the push to reset, refocus and move into the second half of 2026 feeling stronger than ever, you’ve got this 💪
