What time does the sale start?
Our 6th Birthday Sale will start on Monday 25th March at:

Can I get early access?
Whether you're a sale-savvy pro or a first-timer shopping our sale, it’s important to know that we offer exclusive early access to shop our sale one hour before everyone else. 

So, if you’re the kind of person who likes to get the first pick of the biggest discounts and bestselling styles, then you know what to do. And as if that's not sweet enough, you'll automatically gain early access to every future AYBL sale. It's a win-win, if you ask us!

What will be in the sale?
Everything! Yep, you read that right.

Everything on our website will be up to 60% off womens & up to 20% off for mens. Your favourite rest day ‘fits? They’ll be there. The new activewear sets you’ve had your eye on for the past month? They’ll be reduced - as will everything else on site.

Can I use an Athlete code during the AYBL Birthday Sale? 
Absolutely! Athlete codes will give their usual 10% discount whilst the sale is live. Support your favourite AYBL athlete by heading to their social media channel and finding their exclusive athlete code to use. 

FYI: Only one discount code can be entered at checkout, therefore an athlete code can't be combined with a student code or NHS discount.

Can I use Student And/Or NHS discount during the sale? 
Absolutely! During our 6th Birthday Sale, students and NHS staff can obtain a 10% discount - which can be used on top of the sale discount - from our partners.

Student discount can be obtained from StudentBeans and is only valid across the following stores: 








Please note, our healthcare discount is only valid in the UK.

To speed up the checkout process and avoid losing out on your AYBL Sale items, we recommend getting your code earlier in the day (up to 24 hours before with StudentBeans).

Will the site go down ahead of the sale?
We want to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. As a result, our site will go down at 9am GMT on 25th March. This is to ensure we have enough time to load all of our exclusive discounts.

Are items in my cart reserved?
As nice as this would be, unfortunately, we cannot reserve items in your basket. That’s why it’s a good idea to get your wish list sorted ahead of the sale, so you can jump right in and get your preferred pieces. All you’ve got to do is login to your account and click the heart icon next to an item.

That way when our sale goes live, you can quickly move your favourites from wishlist to bag.

I’ve made a mistake on my order, can I change it?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes. This includes order details like changing sizes or colours, adding products, or altering your shipping address or shipping method. 

Can I cancel my order?
We understand circumstances can change from time to time and if you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with our friendly Customer Service Team as soon as possible. 

Please note, if your order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to cancel your order.

I’ve placed multiple orders, can I combine them?
If you’ve placed multiple orders, unfortunately, we are unable to combine these and each order will be dispatched separately. This just means you’ll have even more AYBL deliveries to look forward to!

I’ve placed multiple orders, but only one has arrived?
We always aim to dispatch orders on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis, however, due to the BTS operations at our warehouse, we cannot always guarantee this.

As a result, your second order may be dispatched and delivered before your first. If this is the case, don’t panic! We’ll be working around the clock to get your order(s) to you as quickly as we can. Please keep an eye on your inbox for your shipment email(s). 

I’m missing some items from my order?
Due to stock availability, your order may be dispatched in separate packages on different days. Don’t worry! You’ll receive an email, including your tracking information, for your remaining items if this is the case. 

If an item you’ve ordered goes out of stock, the item will be refunded, and any remaining items will be dispatched. As always, we’ll let you know of any changes to your order via email.

What payment methods can I use during the sale?
We want to ensure we’re able to offer the best experience for everyone, which is why all payment methods will operate as normal for the duration of our sale.

What shipping options will be available during the sale?
Both standard and express shipping will be available across all stores during our Birthday Sale. For more information, please head to our Delivery Information page.

Please note, your shipping timeframe will begin once your package has been dispatched. We know waiting for your order to arrive can sometimes feel like an eternity, but please allow up to 14 calendar days for your goods to arrive (in addition to your chosen shipping time frame) before contacting our Customer Service Team.

Will I be able to return items from the sale?

Of course! All orders currently have a 30-day return period, and this won’t be changing for the sale duration. Returns should be registered through our returns portal and items must be in their original condition with all of the tags still intact.  

How can I get in touch with customer service?

We understand that you might have a few extra questions or experience an issue during our Birthday Sale, which may result in you reaching out to our Customer Service Team.

When doing so, please ensure that you include as much information about your enquiry in your first message so our team can help resolve any queries as quickly as possible.

Please be mindful that things get incredibly busy for us during our sales periods, so if you don’t receive an immediate response, rest assured, we’ll be doing everything we can to get back to you, pronto.
