Can I use an athlete code with sale items?

Of course! Use your favourite athlete’s discount code at checkout to take an extra 10% off- just head to their socials to find their code.


Can I use a Student or NHS discount during the sale?

Absolutely! AYBL offers an extra 10% off through Student Beans, and 10% off for *NHS staff. You can find the discount portal on our website. 

Student Beans is valid in the following regions: UK, US, DE, NL & FR

*Please note: The NHS healthcare discount is only valid in the UK. Only one discount code can be used per order, so athlete codes cannot be combined with Student or NHS discounts.


Will the site go down ahead of the sale?

To make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, our site will be temporarily offline for a few hours before the sale goes live. This downtime allows us to load all the discounts and ensure everything runs seamlessly when the sale begins.


Are the items in my cart reserved?

As much as we’d love to, we cannot hold items in your basket. Prep your wishlist ahead of the sale so you can quickly add to cart and checkout when the sale goes live. Simply log into your account on the website or app and click the heart icon on the items you love to add to your wishlist.

What shipping options are available during the sale?

Both standard and express shipping will be available across all stores during the sale. For more details, please visit our Delivery Information page.

Please note: Your shipping timeframe begins once your order has been dispatched. While we know waiting for your order can feel like forever, please allow up to 14 calendar days for your items to arrive (in addition to your chosen shipping method) before contacting our Customer Service Team.


I’ve entered the wrong address for my order - can I change it?

You can update your address within 30 minutes of placing your order. Simply log in to your account, go to your orders, and make the necessary changes.

 

Please note: We are unable to modify Express Orders, as these are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.


I’ve placed multiple orders, can I combine them?

Unfortunately, multiple orders cannot be combined, so each order will be dispatched separately. On the bright side, that means you’ll have even more AYBL deliveries to look forward to!


Can I cancel my order?

You have 30 minutes from the time of placing your order to cancel it. To do so, log in to your account and select the option to cancel your order. After this 30-minute window, cancellations are not possible, as your order will have entered the processing stage.

 


Why am I missing some items from my order?

Sometimes due to stock availability, your order may be dispatched in separate packages on different days. Don’t worry,  you’ll receive an email with tracking information for any remaining items.


If an item you’ve ordered goes out of stock, it will be refunded, and the rest of your order will still be dispatched. As always, we’ll notify you of any changes via email.


I’ve placed multiple orders, but why has only one arrived?

Orders are dispatched on a first come, first serve basis. However, due to warehouse operations, a later order may sometimes arrive before an earlier one. Don’t worry, we’re working hard to get your items to you as quickly as possible! Keep an eye on your inbox for shipment emails.


Will I be able to return sale items?

Of course! All orders come with a 30-day return period, and this won’t change during the sale. Returns must be registered through our Returns Portal, and all items should be in their original condition with tags still attached.


How can I get in touch with customer service?

We understand you may have extra questions or encounter an issue during our sale. To help our Customer Service Team resolve your query as quickly as possible, please include all relevant details in your first message.


Please be mindful that things get incredibly busy for us during our sale periods, so if you don’t hear from us right away, don’t worry- we’re working hard to respond to you as quickly as possible.
