We can’t guarantee that items will be restocked throughout our sale. For that reason, we suggest locking in your order sooner rather than later. After all, these savings won’t be around forever.

If an item you like has sold out, you can sign up for a back-in-stock notification via the product page. Just click the button that says ‘notify me when available’, select the size you want, submit your email address and you’ll receive an email as soon as the product becomes available again.

ARE ITEMS IN MY CART RESERVED?

In an ideal world, we’d love to reserve all of our ‘fits for each and every one of you, but sadly, it’s just not possible. The bottom line is, there’s simply too many of you.

SHIPPING

CAN I EXPECT ANY SHIPPING DELAYS?

So, about shipping delays…

Due to the influx of orders during our sale, you may experience a slight delay in your order being shipped. But don’t worry, our Warehouse Team will be working hard behind the scenes to ensure that all orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. 

Please note, your shipping timeframe will begin once your order has been dispatched. We understand that waiting for your goods to be delivered can sometimes feel like a lifetime, but please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive before contacting Customer Service.

CAN I STILL USE BUY NOW, PAY LATER?

Yes! We want to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, so we’ll be offering all payment methods as normal. This means you’ll still be able to use our buy now, pay later options throughout our sale.

ORDERS

I’VE PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS, CAN I COMBINE THEM?

If you’ve placed more than one order, unfortunately, we’re unable to combine these into one. But if you think about it, it just means even more AYBL deliveries to look forward to.

I’VE MADE A MISTAKE AT CHECKOUT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Don’t worry, amidst all the excitement, these things are bound to happen!

If you’ve entered some details wrong, please get in touch with our friendly Customer Service Team ASAP who will be more than happy to help.

Please note, however, once your order has been confirmed, you can no longer make any amends. This includes details like changing sizes or colours, adding products or altering your delivery address or method.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We appreciate that circumstances can change and you may need to cancel your order. Although we can’t make any guarantees, if you contact our Customer Service Team ASAP, we will do our very best to try and cancel your order before it’s shipped.

RETURNS

CAN I RETURN ITEMS FROM THE AYBL BLACK FRIDAY SALE?

Yes you can! All orders currently have a 30-day return period and this won’t change during our Black Friday Sale.

Items must be in their original selling condition with all tags still attached. See here for more information.
