Yes! If you want to grab the best sale bits you will have to be quick. You can shop one hour earlier than everyone else by signing up to Early Access here. 

You can also shop earlier by downloading the AYBL app, where you can also add to your wishlist and save your details so you have a seamless shopping experience.

Can I use an athlete code with sale items?
Of course! Use your favourite athlete’s discount code to get an extra 10% off on top of sale items. Head to their socials to find their code and simply apply it at checkout. 

Can I use a Student/NHS discount during the sale?
Absolutely! We offer an extra 10% off with Student Beans, as well as a healthcare discount for NHS staff*. Student Beans is only valid across the following stores:

UK, US, CA, EU, DE, NL, FR

*Please note that the healthcare discount is only valid in the UK. Only one discount code can be used at checkout and therefore an athlete code cannot be combined with a Student or NHS code.Does the site go down ahead of sale?
To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, our site will be down for a few hours before the sale goes live on 28th July. This is to ensure that we have enough time to load up all those great discounts for you!

Are items in my cart reserved?
As much as we’d love to, we can’t hold items in your basket. That’s why it’s smart to plan ahead - get your wish list ready before the sale starts so you can grab your favourites fast. Simply log in to your account on the website or the app and click the heart icon on the items you love. When the sale goes live, you’ll be able to swiftly move your top picks from your wishlist to your cart.

Both standard and express shipping will be available across all stores during our Summer Sale. For more information, please head to our Delivery Information page.

Please note, your shipping timeframe will begin once your package has been dispatched. We know waiting for your order to arrive can sometimes feel like an eternity, but please allow up to 14 calendar days for your goods to arrive (in addition to your chosen shipping time frame) before contacting our Customer Service Team.

I’ve entered the wrong address for my order, can I change it?
You can edit your address within 30 minutes of placing your order. Simply log in to your account, go to your orders and make the necessary changes. 

Please note that we are unable to modify Express Orders as we aim to process and ship them as quickly as possible.

I’ve placed multiple orders, can I combine them?
If you’ve placed multiple orders, unfortunately, we are unable to combine these and each order will be dispatched separately. This just means you’ll have even more AYBL deliveries to look forward to!Can I cancel my order?
You have 30 minutes from the time of placing your order to cancel it. To do so, please log into your account, where you'll find the option to cancel your order. After this 30 minute window, cancellations are not possible as your order will go through to the processing stage.

I’m missing some items from my order?
Due to stock availability, your order may be dispatched in separate packages on different days. Don’t worry! You’ll receive an email, including your tracking information for your remaining items if this is the case. 

If an item you’ve ordered goes out of stock, the item will be refunded, and any remaining items will be dispatched. As always, we’ll let you know of any changes to your order via email.

I’ve placed multiple orders, but only one has arrived?
We dispatch orders on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis, but sometimes due to warehouse operations, your second order may arrive before your first. Don’t worry - we’re working hard to get your orders to you as quickly as possible! Keep an eye on your inbox for shipment emails.Will I be able to return items from the sale?
Of course! All orders currently have a 30-day return period, and this won’t be changing for the sale duration. Returns should be registered through our Returns Portal and items must be in their original condition with all of the tags still intact.

How can I get in touch with customer service?
We understand that you might have a few extra questions or experience an issue during our Summer Sale, which may result in you reaching out to our Customer Service Team. When doing so, please ensure that you include as much information about your enquiry in your first message so our team can help resolve any queries as quickly as possible.

Please be mindful that things get incredibly busy for us during our sales periods, so if you don’t receive an immediate response, rest assured, we’ll be doing everything we can to get back to you asap.
