Please be aware that if your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes at this point. It’s only because we want to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, girls!

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, no. Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make any changes. So, when you’re at the checkout make sure you’ve added the right size and colour, as we want you to love your order as much as we do.
I’VE MADE MULTIPLE ORDERS, CAN THEY BE COMBINED?
Not this time, girls. We are also unable to refund shipping costs.
But look on the bright side, at least it means more deliveries and AYBL treats delivered straight to your door!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’VE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER NUMBER, BUT MY MONEY HAS BEEN TAKEN?
First of all, don’t panic! When our sale kicks off, we’re expecting it to be pretty hectic to say the least, but that’s exactly how we like it! That being said, please allow at least 24 hours for your order confirmation email to arrive.
Also, from time to time, our order confirmation emails may end up in your junk/spam folder, so we’d recommend that you check there.
If after 24 hours you still haven’t received your confirmation email, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Service Team. Amidst all the excitement, it’s likely that you just entered your email address wrong.
WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE AND SHOULD I EXPECT A DELAY?
Good news, ladies! You’ll still be able to choose from all of our shipping options as usual! However, as you can imagine, it’s going to be non-stop for our warehouse team, so you may experience a short delay in your order being dispatched.
But don’t worry, we appreciate how important your order is to you (it’s important to us too!), so we’ll be doing all we can to ensure all orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience during this busy period!

CAN SALE ITEMS BE RETURNED?
Of course! We want you to be completely happy with your order, so if there’s something that’s not quite right, you have up to 30 days from the day you received your order to return it.
But remember, they must not be worn, washed or altered in any way and it’s essential that they still have the original swing tag attached!
Please note, we do not currently offer exchanges.
