Huge sales require huge preparation, so to ensure we have enough time to load all of our exclusive discounts, our site will go down at 9am GMT on Thursday 23rd March.
Our site will then be back up and running in time for you to get wrapped up in all the excitement.
WILL ITEMS BE RESTOCKED THROUGHOUT THE SALE?
Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that items will be restocked throughout our sale, which is why we recommend locking in your order sooner rather than later.
If an item you like has sold out, you can sign up for a back-in-stock notification via the product page. Just click the button that says ‘notify me when available’, select the size you want, submit your email address and you’ll receive an email as soon as the product becomes available again.
ARE ITEMS IN MY CART RESERVED?
Sadly, not this time. As much as we’d love to reserve all of our birthday goodies, there’s simply too many of you.
All the more reason to sign up for early access, if you ask us…
I’VE MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?
Once an order has been placed, unfortunately, we are unable to make any amendments. This includes details like changing sizes or colours, adding products, or altering your shipping address or method.
For that reason, please make sure you double - even triple - check that all your details are correct before you check out.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
While we are unable to make any guarantees, if you contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible, we may be able to cancel your order before it has been shipped. However, if your order has been processed by our Warehouse Team, we are unable to cancel your order.
I’VE PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS, CAN I COMBINE THEM?
Sorry to say, but the answer to this one is no.
If you’ve placed multiple orders, these will be dispatched separately - but the good news is, you’ll have even more AYBL deliveries to look forward to.
I’VE PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS, BUT ONLY ONE HAS ARRIVED
We always try to dispatch orders on a ‘first come, first serve basis’. However, due to the BTS operations at our warehouse, unfortunately, we’re not always able to do this. This may mean your second order is dispatched before your first.
If this is the case, don’t panic! We’ll be working around the clock to get your order(s) to you as quickly as possible.
I’M MISSING SOME ITEMS FROM MY ORDER
From time to time, your order may be dispatched in separate packages on different days. Rest assured! You’ll receive an email from our Customer Service Team, alongside new tracking information for your remaining items if this is the case.
If an item you’ve ordered goes out of stock, the item will be refunded and any remaining items will be dispatched. As always, we’ll let you know of any new changes to your order via email.

All of our payment methods will operate as normal throughout the duration of our sale - that includes Klarna and Afterpay too!

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE ONCE I’VE PLACED MY ORDER?
As you can imagine, we receive a high volume of orders during our sales meaning you might experience a slight delay in your items being shipped. Don’t worry! It will be our utmost priority to get your goods to you as quickly as possible.
Your shipping timeframe will begin once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse. We know that nobody likes having to wait for their items to be delivered, but please allow up to 10 working days (in addition to the shipping timeframe selected at checkout) for your order to arrive before contacting our Customer Service Team.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I BOUGHT IN THE SALE?
You betcha!
As normal, you’ll have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your order, providing it’s in its original condition with all the original tags still attached.
All returns must be registered through our returns portal to ensure that the returns process remains as speedy and simple as possible.
